ASTAC call for proposals – 2020B semester

** The current call for proposals closes at 5pm Friday 29th May 2020 **

The Astronomy Supercomputer Time Allocation Committee (ASTAC) call for proposals for Q3-Q4 2020 is now open. The deadline for this call is 5pm Friday 29th May 2020.

Within this call we have 6 million service units available to allocate to the astronomy community on national supercomputing facilities. This includes allocations for CPU-only and GPU-specific applications.

The following resources are available:

  1. NCI Astronomy Program: up to 4,000 kSUs on the Gadi system;
  2. Swinburne: up to 2,000 kSUs on OzSTAR.
