Introduction to Python

Python is THE language currently used in astronomy (and many industry fields). It is incredibly versatile and has amazing community support and an impressive number of libraries and packages to make your coding life easier. This course will focus on basic concepts, such as data types and initialising variables. The course will then progress to more advanced topics, such as writing your own functions.
